「StockFit」(以下「本アプリ」)は、株式投資で使われる用語や指標の意味を解説する教育アプリです。TrueNorthLabs Inc.(以下「当社」)が提供します。
本アプリは、特定の銘柄の売買を推奨するものではありません。金融商品取引法上の投資助言・代理業にあたる助言を行いません。すべての利用者に同一の解説を表示しており、個別の投資判断に応じた助言は一切行いません。
掲載する解説は一般的な考え方を示すものであり、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。数値の目安や制度は変わることがあります。
投資による損益はすべて利用者ご自身に帰属します。投資判断は必ずご自身の責任で行ってください。当社は、本アプリの利用に起因する損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
ブックマークや言語などの設定はお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。アプリの削除や端末の変更により失われることがあり、当社はこれを復元できません。
本アプリは広告を表示します。広告の内容は広告主の責任によるものであり、当社が推奨するものではありません。お客様の関心に合わせた広告は、同意をいただいた場合にのみ表示します。取り扱いの詳細は プライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
アプリ内課金「広告の非表示」(非消耗型・買い切り)をご購入いただくと、広告が表示されなくなります。購入によって解除される機能はありません — 解説・検索・ブックマークなどすべての機能は、購入の有無にかかわらず同じようにご利用いただけます。
販売および決済は Apple を通じて行われます。支払い、購入の復元、返金の可否は Apple の定める条件によります。購入内容は同一の Apple ID で復元できます。
本アプリに掲載する解説文・図・アイコン等に関する権利は当社に帰属します。私的利用の範囲を超える複製・転載・再配布・二次利用はご遠慮ください。本アプリが利用する第三者のオープンソースソフトウェアについては、アプリ内の「オープンソースライセンス」および こちらのページ に原文のまま掲載しています。
次の行為はご遠慮ください。
本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
当社は、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断または終了を行うことがあります。これにより生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
当社は本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

StockFit(이하 "앱")은 주식 투자에 쓰이는 용어와 지표의 뜻을 해설하는 교육 앱입니다. TrueNorthLabs Inc.(이하 "회사")가 제공합니다.
앱은 특정 종목의 매매를 권유하지 않습니다. 일본 금융상품거래법상의 투자자문·대리업에 해당하는 조언을 하지 않습니다. 모든 이용자에게 동일한 해설을 표시하며, 개별 투자 판단에 맞춘 조언은 일절 하지 않습니다.
게재한 해설은 일반적인 사고방식을 보여주는 것이며 정확성·완전성을 보증하지 않습니다. 수치의 기준이나 제도는 바뀔 수 있습니다.
투자로 인한 손익은 모두 이용자 본인에게 귀속됩니다. 투자 판단은 반드시 본인의 책임으로 하시기 바랍니다. 회사는 앱 이용에 기인한 손해에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
북마크나 언어 등의 설정은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 앱 삭제나 기기 변경으로 사라질 수 있으며 회사는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.
앱은 광고를 표시합니다. 광고 내용은 광고주의 책임이며 회사가 추천하는 것이 아닙니다. 관심에 맞춘 광고는 동의하신 경우에만 표시합니다. 취급의 상세는 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
인앱 구매 "광고 제거"(비소모성·1회 구매)를 구매하시면 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 구매로 해제되는 기능은 없습니다 — 해설·검색·북마크 등 모든 기능은 구매 여부와 관계없이 똑같이 이용하실 수 있습니다.
판매 및 결제는 Apple 을 통해 이루어집니다. 결제, 구매 복원, 환불 가능 여부는 Apple 이 정한 조건에 따릅니다. 구매 내역은 동일한 Apple ID 로 복원할 수 있습니다.
앱에 게재하는 해설문·그림·아이콘 등에 관한 권리는 회사에 귀속됩니다. 사적 이용의 범위를 넘는 복제·전재·재배포·2차 이용은 삼가 주십시오. 앱이 사용하는 제3자 오픈소스 소프트웨어는 앱 안의 "오픈소스 라이선스" 및 이 페이지에 원문 그대로 게재합니다.

앱은 만 14세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
회사는 앱 내용의 변경, 제공의 중단 또는 종료를 할 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 발생한 손해에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 약관은 일본법에 준거합니다. 앱에 관하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우 도쿄지방재판소를 제1심의 전속적 합의관할 법원으로 합니다.
회사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 본 페이지에 게재한 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.

StockFit ("the App") is an educational app that explains the meaning of terms and metrics used in stock investing. It is provided by TrueNorthLabs Inc. ("we").
The App does not recommend buying or selling any particular security. It does not provide advice constituting an investment advisory or agency business under Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. Every user sees the same explanations; no advice is tailored to an individual's investment decisions.
The explanations present general ways of thinking and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Reference figures and regulations may change.
All investment gains and losses belong to you. Make investment decisions on your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
Bookmarks and settings such as language are stored only on your device. They may be lost if you delete the App or change devices, and we cannot restore them.
The App displays advertising. Ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser and is not endorsed by us. Ads tailored to your interests are shown only with your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Purchasing the in-app item "Remove Ads" (non-consumable, one-time purchase) stops ads from being shown. No feature is unlocked by the purchase — explanations, search, bookmarks and everything else work the same whether or not you buy it.
Sales and payment are handled by Apple. Payment, restoring purchases, and eligibility for refunds follow Apple's terms. Purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID.
Rights in the explanations, figures and icons in the App belong to us. Please do not copy, republish, redistribute or reuse them beyond private use. Third-party open source software used by the App is reproduced in its original wording in the App under "Open Source Licenses" and on this page.
Please refrain from the following.
The App is not directed to children under 13.
We may change the content of the App or suspend or discontinue it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from this.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
We may revise these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
