The most detailed report a Korean listed company files each year
A business report is filed by Korean listed companies with the Financial Services Commission and the Korea Exchange within 90 days of the year-end. Half-year and quarterly reports follow within 45 days of each period. They cover the business, its risks, officers and major shareholders — the primary source for what the numbers alone do not show. Filed reports can be read by anyone on the DART electronic disclosure system.
For a company with a December year-end, the business report arrives by 31 March.
