It sets out how the fund performed, what it actually cost to run and which holdings it carried. Unlike the prospectus you read before buying, this is where you check what really happened. Costs beyond the headline fee only show up here.

Example

A fund charging 0.1% can turn out to have cost 0.15% in total.
